DeFi for All: Unlocking Complex Finance for the Masses
The first panel was moderated by SynFutures’ CMO Mark Lee and featured Ether.fi’s Mike Silagadze, Pendle’s TN, Agora Finance’s Nick van Eck, and D3’s Fred Hsu. They discussed how DeFi is making traditionally complex financial products accessible to a broader audience. From financial inclusion to the consumerization of DeFi, panelists shared insights on how these developments could unlock new opportunities for mainstream users.
Unified Liquidity: Enhancing the User Experience
Fragmented liquidity remains a significant challenge in Web3. The second panel of the day featuring 1inch’s Sergej Kunz, LayerZero Labs’ Simon Baksys, Curvance’s Chris Carapola, and DWF Labs’ Eugene Ng examined how liquidity aggregation solutions can streamline the user experience, improving accessibility and promoting greater adoption of decentralized platforms.

During the third panel, Haseeb Qureshi, General Partner at Dragonfly Capital; Vance Spencer, co-founder of Framework Ventures; Ryan Sungho Kim, founding partner at Hashed; Joey Krug, Partner at Founders Fund; and Nick Matthew, Partner at Standard Crypto shared their perspectives on emerging consumer trends in Web3. The discussion, moderated by Jocy, Founding Partner at IOSG Ventures, covered everything from SocialFi to Web3 gaming, highlighting the sectors VCs believe will shape the future of decentralized technologies.
Beyond Points and Airdrops: Redefining User Incentives
This discussion focused on the evolving nature of user incentives, moving beyond traditional points programs and airdrops to explore more sustainable and meaningful ways to engage users. The panelists included Paul Frambot, CEO and co-founder of Morpho Labs; Irene Zhao, Founder of Asianmom; Mr.Block, Core team at Puffer & Curve.fi; and Antonio Garcia-Martinez, founder and CEO of Spindl.

Building for Billions: Consumer-Centric Blockchain Infrastructure
The final panel addressed the ongoing debate around whether Web3 infrastructure is genuinely ready for mainstream adoption. MegaETH’s Shuyao Kong, Monad’s Joey Anthony, Base’s Eric Brown, and Soneium’s Maarten Henskens discussed the current state of consumer-centric infrastructure and what further advancements are necessary to support billions of users.
The panel was moderated by Jon Jones, Co-founder and CBO at Supra.
