Oyster_Odyssey (“O_O”) Official Rules

This Oyster_Odyssey (“O_O”) Campaign Official Rules is presented by SynFutures, subject to the Oyster_Odyssey Campaign Terms & Conditions and the following terms:

Points Allocation

  • The O_O points will be split evenly between takers and makers.
  • 50% of the points will be allocated to takers based on their trading volume and activity.
  • The other 50% will be allocated to makers based on liquidity provision.

How to Earn Points

There are 5 ways to earn points.

  1. Provide liquidity: Add LP to the AMM pools and Place limit orders
  2. Active trading
  3. Invite friends using the referral link generated
  4. Open a mystery box
  5. Turn a spin

Provide Liquidity

Based on the Concentrated liquidity AMM model, there are 2 ways to provide liquidity on SynFutures. 1) place limit order; 2) add LP to the AMM pools.

Add LP to the AMM pools

  • Liquidity provisioning to designated AMM pools will be eligible for points. These pools are highlighted with “Points” signs.
  • The accumulation rate (with boost multipliers shown on the pools) differs across different pools given the underlying risks.
  • For non-stable pools: Bigger liquidity size and narrower ranges contribute to faster point accumulation.
  • For stable pools (i.e. USDC/USDB pool, stETH/wETH pool): Bigger liquidity size is the primary factor for faster point accumulation, irrespective of the range.

Place limit orders

  • Placing limit orders in designated asset pairs will be eligible for points. These asset pairs are highlighted with “Points” signs.
  • Points start accumulation once the limit order is placed.
  • The accumulation rate (with boost multipliers shown below the limit trading section) differs across different asset pairs.
  • The bigger the size of the limit order, the more points gained.
  • If a limit order is filled within 12 hours, it will earn points for the duration of 12 hours. If it is filled after 12 hours, it will earn points for the entire period until it is filled, with a maximum duration of 7 days.

Active Trading

  • Place market orders for any trading pairs.
  • Larger market orders gain more points.
  • Upon the end of Epoch 1, points have been settled, new points with an equal number of points issued to LPs have been issued and distributed to takers, based on their Squad’s Trading Volume percentage of the Total Trading Volume in Epoch 1.
  • From Epoch 2 onward, points will be settled daily, with an equal number of new points issued and distributed to takers based on their Squad’s Trading Volume percentage of the Total Trading Volume in the previous 24 hours.

Invite Friends

  • After registration every user will have a referral link that can be used to invite friends to join the squad. The referral link can be used for unlimited times.
  • Users will gain additional points for their referred users, amounting to 30% of tier-1 referrals’ points and 15% of the referred users’ points.

Open a mystery box

  • The system will reward each user with 1 mystery box upon successful registration.
  • With every friend invited, the inviter will be rewarded with a mystery box; the box has a random number of points embedded.

Turn spins

  • With assets locked on SynFutures, the system will distribute spins based on the volume and locked period of the TVL.
  • The more assets, the longer the lock, the more spins.
  • Reaching the TVL milestone with the squad will result in getting Luck and a higher chance of super spins.
  • Super spins yield rewards that are up to 10x greater compared to regular spins.

How to get Boost(s)

  1. Invited by a boosted referral link, which enables a limited time period of boosted points;
  2. To invite friends and team up as a squad, the accumulated TVL (yourself and all tier 1 invitees) passing the milestone will result in a level-up boost as long as the TVL stays above the milestone.
  3. Removing liquidity below the milestone TVL will result in losing the level-up boost effect.

Program Terms

  1. O_O is part of SynFutures’ plan towards decentralization to better engage the community and facilitate the adoption of SynFutures v3 Oyster AMM.
  2. It is expected that O_O will run through Q3 2024.
  3. Users’ contribution is measured by points accumulated.
  4. The O_O points earned by users during the Blast season will be preserved and not impacted by the Base launch. Additionally, the O_O points distributed on Base will be separated from and in addition to the points on Blast.

Forfeits of Points

  1. If the system detects any irregular bulk wallet registration and dishonest interaction;
  2. Registration on the official site is necessary to receive any points. For points that require manual claims, failure to claim before the end of the O_O Campaign, where those claims are earned will result in forfeiture of the unclaimed points.
